I will be in prayer for you all! I went through this for six months. I feel blessed to awake feeling normal. I still have days once in a while but nothing like before. I know how hard it is! I feel for all of you who suffer though. Dreading to go to sleep because next is the awful morning. I found so much peace in reading the Psalms. The program was a huge help as well!
I just wanted to say I feel for you, and I want to encourage you, if only in a small way.

God Bless,
Ivy

Mornings used to be the worst time for me too. I used to hate going to bed for fear of the morning. I started spending time before bed visualizing what the next day was going to be like. I gave myself something to look forward to, something small. I bought a pretty crystal amethyst candle holder to use while I showered and dressed(amethyst is a calming crystal). I love coffee so I spend money on my favorite Saxbys coffee and have a coffee pot that makes it for me in the morning before I get up. These things sound small and possibly insignificant but they do help me. It gives me something to look forward to, I also began counting my blessings before I got out of bed, something that helps to focus on the postive.

I cant stay in bed if II wanted to because thats when my brain goes into high gear.I have to get moving ,like NOW.I am bearly able to tolerate the anxiety but as long as IM busy I can get thru the AM but if I slow down I get real nerves. The main haughting

thought is what to do even tho I have pleny to do.Thats what bugs me as soon as I wake. GOD BLESS us all.

Yeah my most difficult time is when I wake up too! I love going to bed and used to love waking up but I'm anxious in the am and it does carry through the day too.
