I can't tell you how happy I am for you. That feeling you speak of...looking at things in a new, recovered light...is one I dream of daily. Sometimes I feel discouraged but reading posts like yours gives me such great hope. We NEED to read things like this. Thank you so much for sharing your triumph!

congratulations on your anniversary. I have finished the in oct. and it has changed my life like i never thought possible. I drive all over now I had not driven for 6 years. I love life and enjoy every day and every one in my life. In sept I had surgery to have a 40.5 lb pannis removed and I am now able to do things i could not do in years. but I know I would not have the courage to have this surgery if not for the program. I am looking forward to my 2nd anniversary I cant imagine what will happen in my liofe this next year. Kee up the good work and congratulations again. lynn stellano

Thanks for posting your success! I need to read more stories like this and talk to more people that do have encouraging experiences to share. This gives me hope. Lately, I have been feeling like there was nothing that would help, nothing else to do, feeling like I should just give up.
Thanks
