Hi Rosalie,
I have felt exactly what you are experiencing- the trembling feeling on the inside and it used to make me to feel afraid to move a muscle, literally. If I'm not careful I can start it up again by thinking about it. As soon as I think about it and if I let the thought scare me, which it usually does, then the internal shaking feeling starts and I feel more scared which causes me to feel more shaky on the inside- a vicious cycle to say the least. The best way I've found to deal with this is to get my mind on something else. Do something, read, talk to someone-but not about what you're feeling because you need to put this out of your mind. For me at least, I was totally focused on my internal symptoms and nothing else. So I needed to get outside of myself with my thoughts and the scary symptoms would disappear. I hope what I have tried to convey to you isn't too confusing and hopefully may help you in some small way. Take care, Rosalie and God bless!
