Thank you all for replying it does help to know I'm not alone in this.. I'd try the rubber band thing but unfortunately i check my pulse in my neck lol I'll figure something out.. Thank you guys and God Bless.. Happy thanksgiving and let's all pray for those less fortunate then us..

Matthew haf, Caras mommy has a great idea with the aversion therapy. I used a rubber band around my wrist, too. Whenever I focused on my heart rate, I would snap the rubber band as a reminder to focus on something positive. It truly works. It takes a while, but it works. I now use it for my negative thinking. Whenever I start focusing on the negative, I "snap" myself into a positive mind frame.
