i have found combining yoga with relaxation tape to be helpful too. i lay on the floor and let every part of my body sink into the floor. this helps me to relax and i find it easier to relax to the tape. and in turn breathe slower. hope this helps

I do the same counts for inhaling and exhaling that Lucinda does, but at my own pace. So, I'm doing it at the same time that she's talking about it, but not exactly with her.

When I started the program, I didn't have any problem with the visualization, but lately I haven't been able to "walk" myself through the forest like I could before. Has anyone else experienced this?
