[quote]"God is holding school/class in heaven & there are some angels using me as a science experiment to get extra credit"- THAT'S A HOOT!
Wrong as it is- I still feel great getting some affirmation that I've done something good, better, right, well. A little encouragement goes a long way.
Faith is a key factor, too. And I'm starting to feel a little pride in what I do.

Lenore, your words are powerful and very encouraging in each and every post you have made. You should seriously consider writing a book.
As for myself, I am 90% recovered. Although my first and only panic attack was on May 26 2008, with the help of this programme and other online resources, books etc, I have managed to completely desensitize myself and get rid of the generalized anxiety, body symptoms, scary and negative thoughts I was experiencing, after the panic attack which was bought on after a long duration of extremely stressful different life circumstances which I did not cope to well with. I have now gone back to running my business, traveling, etc.
I would say my motivation to get better, is knowing I have to much to lose. Not once did I cry during the darkest depths of having this condition. There is no way I am going to allow myself to be defeated, by something which I created, based on false truths and my inability at the time to choose to be less affected by stressful life circumstances.
