does anyone else have anxiety about their food allergies?
I hear you. My hubby is allergic to oysters. We'd been eating at this Chinese restaurant for awhile and then found out some of the food is cooked in oyster juice. Turns out it wasn't enough to make him sick, but one other time he had a little piece of scallop in a fish sauce and it made him sick. He just doesn't go to seafood restaurants any more. It's not worth several hours of severe sickness. And you never know next time it could be worse.
Hi- just wanted to chime in- I don't have food alleriges, but do have IBS. I eat mostly raw, vegan, and macrobiotic. It is a bit extreme for most, but it works for me and I have heard that it is a diet that can work for people suffering from food allergies. Just an idea, an avenue to explore if you are interested
