Hi there. I to suffer from these same exact symptoms. I would also go to Dr. Appt after Dr. Appt just for them to tell me it was "all in my head". I have been to a neurologists, heart specialists, been through MRI's, cat scans you name it....and I am only 24. I thought that I was DYING!!! My husband has been really patient and supportive too. (I think its real important for your loved ones to be included in your recovery.)

I didn't realize how long it had actually been going on until I started the program, and took a good look back at my life. At age 19, I thought that I needed glasses due to frequent headaches .....but the ophthalmologists told me that he couldn't see any signs of vision disturbances, so he referred me to a neurologist....and that's when it all started.

So 20 doctors bills later, I have found the problem and I am excited to be experiencing change. I am almost finished with week three, and the DVDs have already been a god send.

I went through several years of anxiey attacks. Today I do not get them anymore.
I got to a point I would feel them coming on and would find a quiet spot and "ride it out". I attempted to find out what triggered it, and would try to connect with that weird feeling I would get prior to getting "hit" with the big one. The only thing I could get was that it was connected with something in my past. A specific time and place always came to mind but not the incident. Very strange. Until today I have not figured it out. But I got to a point that I could relax with it, let it come and go, and got on with business. They became fewer and fewer until they left completely. There have been a few times I could feel that warning thing and I would look at it really hard to see what it was so I could deal with it. It just left. Very interesting experience. I'm glad I "won"....it was like facing the monster and not letting it win. I hope you learn to come out fighting and "look that demon in the eye" so to speak. You can and you will win....you're tackling it by being here.
