Why thank you. Maybe it'd be a good idea if i did a video about my experiences too. Of course i'd have to dress up like a ninja to do it

The video is really useful, i'm going to refer people to it that are having a tough time. I know a group that could benefit from it.

Hi ninja.
I think you should do a video. You always make very interesting posts. I think your videos will be interesting and helpful to others.
Really think about it.

Mike, as an FYI - There are ways out there to make audiocasts as well and some are free - from what I understand. Once I learned that my sharing was not about me but the message I was sending, I became more comfortable. Regardless, you are still a strong support in any capacity!

ah, audio I could do once i find my voice recorder but I am still not ready to approach that limitation yet. I need a few more weeks of using the relaxation cd before i even attempt that. I'm also not at the point where I can say i've overcome the condition. Thank you for the compliment, I appreciate it.
By the way I'd like to ask, when you were suffering with the anxiety and depression did you have problems with digestion? and did that improve sometime after you got to that point where you considered yourself recovered?

All in good time Mike...Well I had ulcers so I sure did have indigestion. I did everything fast - including eating. People with anxiety swallow a lot of air as well. Iced lemon water or peppermint tea is great for the stomach! I have really changed my eating habits - I avoid acidic foods...My doctor had me on Nexxium for about six months and that helped in leveling things out...

Now i don't want to get detailed but what about bowel movements. Was there ever times where you would go many days without one?

Yes there have been several days in which this has occurred. This condition does not necessarily mean something is wrong with you. Most frequently, it is diet and exercise related. Drink more water, eat more fruits and vegetables. Our body's need to purge daily to remove the toxins from our body.
