Stress Center Peer Support

Thank you to everyone. I am overwhelmed by the responses. I got teary eyed, literally. I am so grateful. I will need to be a regular on this forum. I hope to be communicating with all of you.
It feels very new and different to come out with this problem I have suffered with for so long.

Hi I don't consider it starting over because like Lucinda said we know to much already. Some of us, like myself just need a "refresher coarse on some of the things that work. It took many years to get to this point with anxiety that I can't expect it to go away over night. Each day it gets better. I love the tapes and just the reassurance that so many other people have the same feelings and anxiety is very comforting to me alone. Good luck and keep trucking.
