I am so glad to hear that I am not the only person out here that has problems taking medicine. The last ssri prescribed to me took me off the charts in the panic attack mode. I told the lady I talked to when I ordered my program that I probably would not take the vitamins due to this fear. When my vitamins show up I will do my best to overcome my fear and take them.
Thanks to all of you for your postings.

I have been fighting the panic attack thing for about 8 years, only seems to hit in the late autumn during time change. Have taken the Good days vitamins for the last year or so and they do seem to help. Do not take them in the summer, do not seem to need them then. I currently take Zoloft and of all the ssri's this one has helped the most with the least side affects.

I just wanted to say how much I love these vitamins. I have been taking them for almost 2 months, and I have definetly noticed a difference I dont get as nervous as fast, and I have a lot more energy. I have noticed that I have been in better spirits lately, and I am not sure if that's the vitamins or just the fact that I am excercising more, because I have way more energy because of the vitamins. I wanted to ask also to see if anyone has taken the natural supplement amoryn or seredyn, just curious if these actually work to help anxiety?
God bless, and keep the hope!!!

I have these vitamins and I don't want them. If anyone would like to buy them from me, I would appreciate it. I am being raped on a monthly basis by the makers of these vitamins.

Just call and cancel. That's all you need to do!! No one is forcing you to buy them.

I just wanted to say to the person that only takes the vitimins in the winter month's that it is best to take the vitimins year round. Maybe you would feel better when the season changes to fall. I have the same problem and I think that it has some thing to do with the seasonal affective disorder. Its due to lack of sun . I think that this fall and winter I am going to get the sun lamp for the disorder and see how that helps. If I get more info on it I will let you all know.

I was taking them and had no problem. I stopped because I starting thinking 'how can I tell if I'm feeling better because of the program or the supplements?'
I was worried that I would get better, but then if I ran out of them I would realize that it was the pills making me feel better and not what I was trying to learn from the program. I probably doesn't make any difference, but I might take them again when I get further into the program and see that its really working all on its own.

I could tell a difference after 5 days, namely more energy and less anxiety. I'm now on day 20 and I'm really liking these vitamins. I've flown without having a full blown panic attack while on them and I'm more comfortable in restaurants with my wife. I'm currently on Session 3 and the positive talking helps, too. I hope that helps.
