This is good advice. That's exactly what I think, "Oh no, here we go again. How long will it last this time?" You are right. Every day is different.

Hello,

I found that once I was feeling so great that a bad day or so seemed much more intensified than before and seemed as though I felt more depressed and would worry it wouldn't stop.

Best wishes for a better tomorrow.
This is SO true. I would have given anything a month ago for a day of feeling like I do today but you're right; after a string of great days, having a so-so day seems much worse than it actually is.

Thank you for the well wishes.

Hey Dave the chat room can be tough as lots use short forms for words and if you aren't using any form of messenger or chat a lot or ever it's going to take a little time to get used to it. For now the forum is a great place to get started. You can begin a new topic to tell a little about yourself if you want or ask a question or just go about reading what others have posted. You will be at home here before you know it. Lots of great people here to help.

Once again a big welcome and best wishes to you as you start your journey to a wonderfull new life without anxiety and depression.
:)
