This was such a good idea. I have actually started an I'm proud of myself today journal. Even if I was only able to do one thing that is progress and we should be exalting the good things instead of the bad.

I am proud of myself for not "sweating the small stuff."
Driving myself to the doctors office.
Eliminating caffiene from my diet.

Hello Everyone: what a great idea!

I am proud of myself for finally going into the hospital to ask for help. I waited for 4 hours by myself..dealt with a crappy doctor, got blood work done, got my $100 prescription filled (ahh!) and started the new med last night! I suppose I am proud of myself for making an effort to get better.

Over the past few months I have been able to work with the volunteer ambulance squad and not have panic attacks while on calls thinking the medics are going to have to work on me!

I think this is a great improvement!

Amazingly enough, no one knew a thing, no one saw it at all. Amazing.

I am proud of myself for not allowing my anxiety to stop me. I deal with it daily and keep going.

I am sooo proud that I have not given up on nursing school even tho it is one of the hardest and most stressfull things I have ever done.

I am so proud (and blessed)that I have a wonderful husband and kids who are very supportive and loving.

I am also so proud of ALL OF US for making the call, getting the program, and starting on creating a new life and a new way of thinking. CONGRATS TO ALL!

i am proud of myself for not giving up in the midst of family troubles and anxious moments. In the past, i would just gotten really down on myself and felt sorry for myself but now i am using the 6 steps and using positive talk. it is still a rocky road and i have alot of things to iron out but i have to believe that hard work produces results.
