Hi! I'm glad it helped!
I had to focus on rest for about 4 months and now I just need to if I've had a really stressful day. I found if I was able to sleep till 9:00 in the morning even if I went to sleep later it helped and now I'm able to get up earlier with no problem.

This sounds like a good book, can I find it at Barnes and Noble? I def. will have to get this one. I always feel tired and have low blood pressure and low blood sugar "Hyplglycemia". I am always interested in natural ways to improve my health, energy and diet. Great to read about this, I have never heard of it before.

A big help to me in recovering!

posted on 11/13/08

Here are two podcasts on Adrenal Fatigue. It has answered many questions to why I feel the way I do and may be helpful for you. I felt it has helped speed up my recovery in anxiety and depression.

I hope this info is helpful

Go to the find tabe and put Adrenal Fatigue into word search. It came up with all posting with that in it.

That was great information!!! Thank you

any advice on how to go to bed before 10:00? I am one of those that kicks in at 10:00 and typically I go to bed around 12:30 and wake up around 6:00 or 6:30. the few times I have gone to bed at 11:00 I usually wake up around 5:00 in the morning. I know that having a stressful job doesn't help, but ...

Waldo, I believe I saw this in the above referenced videos and I've been practicing it to some degree for a long time. At 9:00 Pm you start doing non-electronic (no computer/phone) and do low tech relaxing such as reading book or hot bath. I even have a feature through the phone company that turns my phone ring off at 9:00 pm. If an "emergency" needs to get through they give their name, the phone rings and I can accept/reject based on that info.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for this post and all the great information. I have just recently become suspicious that adrenal fatigue could be
part of my problems and lo and behold the
video describes me. The best part is that
I do not have to go to another expensive
doctor or take questionable medications to
get help or recover. I plan to research this further and see what I can do.
