This is quite common, from what I've read on previous posts, and I have experienced it too. It may have something to do with the body's normal circadian rhythm that releases adrenaline in the morning (that is what causes us to wake up naturally each day).

Mornings just suck for me. I usually spend the morning time crying. Trying to change it with rebounding... jumping on a mini trampoline. I much prefer the evenings. And prefer jumping at midnite! but I am trying. Is this morning thing chemical then? If so many of us feel this way and we are better at night... or were we all just born in the evening? and therefore just better night owls? Is it our natural better time of day?

I tend to feel better in the evenings. Mornings are the worst for me. I am anxious and lately depressed and sometimes don't want to get out of bed. I don't know why evenings are better, maybe because it is night time and the day is over.

I feel so tired right after getting up in the morning until around 8 or 9pm then I feel awake again and more relaxed. My energy level has gone up just a bit maybe because I started exercising. My anxiety always tries to kick in when I drive but I'm working on It so I hope this program helps me. Anyways you guys are not alone on this one. Hope I can give you an update in a few days if I feel a lot better. Bye.

THis is not to minimize your feelings but be happy at least you have a husband and child.
For me it is very bad because I have no husband or children or even a boyfriend at this time...I was not alone until July when my mother died and I have noone...
Hang in there,
Karin

I also suffer my worst anxiety in the morning. Maybe by evening all of the meds that they have me on are working. Plus I know home is a good place to be. Work is stressful.

Hi
I can relate to what you are saying about feeling better in the evening, especially when I was anxious about being unemployed. All day long I had so much anxiety about looking for work and literally waiting for the phone to ring. After 5pm or so I knew that the day was over. I didn't have to worry or wait for the phone to ring. If did ring I knew it was a "friendly" . While I understand it I can't say I know of a way to help. I'm very stressed about work right now myself. I'll just have to keep praying for all of us.
