ive had the same problem. part of it is anxiety and the other part is just your body i think. or at least thats how it is for me. i think i just tend to feel my blood sugar if it drops or whatever. i just try to eat balanced which really helps. when i first had this a few years ago i too was eating too many white flour carbs cause i felt sick so i thought thats what you eat. but it really made me feel worse. you have to try to have more whole grains and balance out protein with a carb at meals. also trying to have little snacks between meals helps too. like peanut butter or cheese is good so you dont let the hunger get too far. i too thought i was the only one with this problem and doctors dont know anything about it. i do find that being anxious makes the shaky feeling worse.
