Gene & Gina,
thanks so much for your posts as well...Gene, I'm so glad you had a smooth trip and had fun doing it...and Gina, we WILL beat this thing! we just need to keep working and keep getting out...not staying in. I'm like you though, my problem is I feel faint...and like I could be sick to my stomach. Everyone here is so wonderful and keeps you up. Maybe someone can give a suggestion of what to do to beat the dizzy thing.

I have been in that same situation, everything that we do is a learning process. Just remember that you are not alone. There is so many people that are going through the same thing. We all here have made the first steps to bettering ourselfs. We know something is wrong and we are willing to fix it. Just stay strong, and don't be to hard on yourself. You are what is the most important everything else follows. You did a great job by making it 30 mins from home, and going into the store. I give you props!!!
