Throughout the CD's there are mentions of different books to read for inspiration and further personal development, but I usually don't remember to write them down as I'm listening to them.

Right now I'm reading through What to Say When you Talk to Yourself By Shad Helmstetter.

Can anyone contribute any more titles to this thread?

Shifrah, I just started the Helmstetter book a few days ago. It really saved my mood and my day today. I'm only on Chapter 5, but I like it so far.

Thanks for the website.

Thanks for posting the link Shifrah!!

I went to our local Borders last night and purchased both the Helmstetter book and another book called, "Introvert Power," by Laurie Helgoe, PHD...

I'm reading Helmstetter's book first; just finishing chapter 3 and so far I really like it...Thanks again for the info!!

Energy, thank you!

I only got to chapter 8 and haven't seen anything to apply yet. I am a bit frustrated when the authors beat around the bush before getting down to the nitty gritty!

I also spilled water on my copy! Argh...so now half the pages are rippled.

I'm definitely going to hunker down and get through the rest of it in the next few days!
