Chronic Pain
Hi!
You may have seen a recent post by me, but I have been dealing with what seems like chronic burning and/or numbness in my arms and hands, sometimes in my back and in my feet. It does certainly get worse with anxiety, but it hasn't completely gone away. But I have to tell myself that it will go away. Are you feeling something like this?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply and sorry for not replying sooner. It's funny because I am a massage therapist, dancer, and pilates instructor(can't do any of it now)and I can't even figure out what I have. Most of my burning is in my face, head, and neck and yes, every once in a while I get the burning and numbness in my arms, hands and in my feet. The burning and numbness in the arms and hands are probably coming from constant muscle tension in the neck and shoulder region that you may or may not be aware of due to stress of course!!!
My pain came directly after a chiropracter cracked my neck and back. I've been out of work for almost two years b/c of the incident. It's a mistery what he did to me but I think it is directly related to the severe anxiety I had for a long time before!
