Thank you for Sharing!
Life is indeed a journey. I am always watching my avoidances and asking myself: 'Why are you avoiding this? What do you want to control and why?'
New experiences always create some energy/adrenaline for me. I call it 'excitement' now or 'feeling activated'. Making space for the 'feelings' and maintaining a neutral relationship with them is so important for me.
Let's keep moving forward not making decisions based in feelings, especially the feeling of fear. Look for the the facts and walk in faith if that helps you. I know it helps me!
Anybody else want to share on the topic?
I hope you chime in. Don't be shy. We are all on a journey.
Blessings on your day.
