Been There, Done That? Do this! - Sam Orbiz book questions
Hey everyone, browsing through the forums I always see people recommending and praising Sam Orbiz's book, "Been There, Done That? Do This!" and I'm wondering exactly what it's about and what the content is like. I only know that it includes these TEA exercises that seem really helpful.

Hi Perspectivegirl and welcome to the site. The book is based on CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and is focused on the TEA form and a couple of other key exercises. The author is a former sufferer of anxiety, depression and panic disorder as well as suicidal thoughts. It's a quick read and pretty basic but also inspiring. All the exercises in it are good and have helped me tremendously but the only one I still do regularly is the TEA form exercise. It's really self-help in its truest form and if you work at the exercises daily I think you will start finding success that surprises you in a matter of a couple of months or so. I'm going to try and check in more frequently so feel free to ask any other questions you have

My life is going better than I ever could have hoped. Isn't it great not to be bound up with worry all the time anymore?
