hello all,

i'm writing today out of concern. I started having obsessive thoughts about 3 or 4 months ago. the thoughts centered around 2 deaths that occured on the same day 2 years apart. my father in law died on july 5th 05, then another friend i knew well lost his battle with colon cancer in 07 on (u guessed it) july 5th. so this year around that time i was sorta freaked out. started having panic attacks like crazy. well went to my dr and he put me out for awhile. Now three months later, i'm getting some better, but now i've ran into another problem. for the 3 months or so, i've been just kinda lounging around the house and not really doing nothing. now for the last week i've been feeling really weak and shaky like i have no energy. i talked with my sister yesterday and she said that i've lost alot of muscle (which is true). anybody have any comments i would appreciate it. do i need to look futher into this or is it just my ocd?? or is it that i need to get up off my butt and do something.

Well, first off sorry to have gone through those losses.

I think that the fatigue and shakiness is symptoms of your anxiety and depression. I have it too. When your body is releasing adrenaline, it is hard on the body. It leaves you feeling tierd and weak. I have this alot and have been to the Dr. and had lots of tests done and they are all normal. But going to the Dr. and getting tested made me feel better because I knew it wasn't soemthing serious. You may want to do that too. Getting out and exercising a few days has helped me too.

Hi, How have you been feeling lately? I hope that you have been feeling better. I think your fatigue might be due to you just staying in your house. Have you been sleeping all day? That might also be it. You might need to slowly start going outside and just completing minor tasks. Even if it is just going to the post office or to the grocery store. Just take it one step at a time. You have to start somewhere, right? Good luck to you and take care. I hope you feel better.
