I had a panic attack this morning and I think it is because i dread going to work because of the way I will feel. Anyway, I feel real down and tired now and I am anxious because i am scared to have another panic attack like I did this morning (It lasted for about a hour and was pretty bad). Can anyone give some advice?

Hello!I also had anxiety this morning and I had a panic attack in the shower.Even though it was scary it is in the past.We both got through it.If you keep focusing on it you can be almost sure that another one will come.Feeding the fear is what keeps them coming. You have to refocus and like they say keep busy doing something.Don't feel bad.I felt down after mine too.I felt like I'd failed but that's just part of the lies!I'm ready to pick myself back up and enjoy the rest of my day.I hope that you have a good day also! :)
