Hi,I am pretty new to all of this. I have just finshed CD/DVD #2. I have a question about the Good Days vitamin supplements. Anyone have any info on these? Are they helpful? What about the herbs that are in them. I am very anxious about taking any thing new, meds, vitamins and so on. Part of my issues with anxiety. I what if.... to a larger degree here. I have a box and I look at them wondering should I? Any advice?

I just started them three days ago. I have not noticed anything yet. But with all vitamins and supplements, they take a while to get into your body to get to work. You should not have any problems with these vitamins unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients.

The Good Day Vitamins made me feel much better.
They are very good for you!
I don't think they'd send you anything that would hurt you.
I'm willing to try new things that are recommended to help me.
I figure if they hurt me, I can always quit taking them.
But I doubt they'd hurt anyone.

Welcome to the Forum. So glad you dropped in.
You came to the right place. There are a lot of interesting and fine people on here. I've learned a lot by coming here.

The program is the best help around!! Stay with it and you'll feel better!

The only problem with the supplements is that it is a basic (kit) and not specifically designed for you and your body/mind. They are good but some people need more of one and maybe they don't need so much of another within the packet. I still think it's a good start to help ya get going.

I have found I do feel my best when I am combining excercise with taking a good natural vitamin. The Good Day Vitamins have great ingredients but I think because I finally went on an antidepressant until I get stabalized in a job there must be a conflict with certain ingredients. I feel I talk to myself incessantly about everything and sometimes nothing. It is so weird! Even at night I can not stop talking and moving my legs. If I am awakened I talk foolishness to my 17 year old until her laughter brings be back to reality.
(she is the one who usually wakes me up to say goodnight.) If anyone else has a comment on this let me know.

Does anyone else have some input on these vitamins? someone who has been in the program awhile and taking them. How do you know what an allergic reaction might be to an ingredient if you don't already know what you are allergic to? I have been extremely tired lethargic I guess and nauseous pretty much since I started them. Coincidence or a reaction? Also I've been on them for 30 days and no other medication

OOps no response, maybe I should clarify. I was asking about the good days vitamins in my previous post. Any one who is also taking these I would really like some feedback. I am still taking them, just opened my second box,
