Hello, I just received my program yesterday and listened to the Jump Start CD and read the Introduction Guidebook. I am really looking forward to working through the program. I hope to get to know some of you soon.

Welcome. You have made the right choice in this program; I am on Session III and cannot believe the changes in myself already.

Welcome. You will learn alot with these CDs. At least I did (and still am). You'll realize it's the best thing you ever did.

Hi - this is my first time on the website. Am a total sceptic when it comes to things like this but it is so great to see everyone encouraging one another. Hope to make some friends to. Good luck with it all. I am just as far as you (Jumpstart and Intro book).
