Not that I am a big seasoned pro, but I am on week 7. It has made a big difference to this point. My kids notice the difference and my husband really notices. this is the first week that I really ahve noticed a big difference. I felt better the first few weeks, but for some reason I feel like I have gotten to the top of a big hill this week.
Advice: definitely journaling, don't skip it. But all the rest is so important too---workbook, listen to each session several times, relaxation CD.
Good luck and come back here, people are very encouraging and supportive

Hi, I'm on board with you...I started two days ago. I tried the meds but even on half the lowest dose of zoloft my body couldn't take it, so hopefully this will help me. Just reading some of the forums here gives me much encouragement.
Good luck.

Hello to everyone out there just getting started. It's the best thing I ever did
for myself. I began the program in February
and thank God everyday for the support,
understanding and overcoming power I've received
by working for it. You have come to the right
place for recovery. Be kind to yourself even
when it gets tough and you'll get there.
Welcome to your future happiness.
