Carol; My heart goes out to you, I know what it is like when kids are determined to do something you know is not in their best intrest. She is in my prayers.

Carol, Thanks for your prayers and I will certainly pray for your daughter. Praise God for advice from a 94 yr old Grandma. I pray she will stay healthy and live yrs. yet to see that child grow up. Is she a Christian? Tell your daughter there are many on this site praying for her. Only when we get to heaven will we realize the impact of our thoughts and prayers.
Don, I had no idea you and your wife wanted children. Do you each have kids from a previous marriage. Wow, do you think you want to take on foster kids? God will certainly use you. God bless you for that.

I am excited about this Christmas, we have no plans, left, all is changed, with the hired hand gone. To night my sister in law and her family stoped by and invited us to their place for Christmas Day. I am excited about that and a year ago I would have been so dissapointed, and dejected, a invitation from her would have toped off the the problem, but this year, I am happy to go. I don't feel below her any more. we are equal, and I believe I am good enough for the first time in my life on this Ranch I feel like I belong here as much as any of them do. I have put in over 36 years here way more than she stayed here. This has been a big thing between us, and it is gone. now, I thank God for this program I am free from my past inferiority. This is a wonderfull Christmas! even though I can't go home, or to any of my family again, as usual, now it just dosn't matter any more.

i am so happy for you...its womnderful how GOD works things out in our life that we never thought would happen..my aunt that we were raised as brother and sister called the other day. my uncle had passed away. but he had been sick a long time and had accepted CHRIST last year. he had written it in his bible. my aunt and i had talked and i had forgiven her and let GOD do the rest...she acted like nothing had ever happened and i did not tell her anything...

my wifes sister daughter invited us over to their house for CHRISTMAS dinner. we had planned on staying here which was ok with us..GOD gave this to us last march...take care and MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR...

i'm having something of a tough time, lately. and i would appreciate your prayer.

there are some things on my plate--that feel awfully heavy. like, God was gracious enough to put me in touch with an agency that helps folks prepare, with free legal advice and workshops, for bankruptcy. but i have loads of forms and calculating to do to prepare. along those lines--i am looking for more income--as i am dangerously close to not making my rent. i am working now, part-time, but it is unreliable; and i have been looking for something else (once the holiday season ends, my hours at this job will most likely fall).

so friends, i ask for your prayers and support. bless you

Hello: I am having a hard time. It seems that everything is going against me. My health is getting worse all the time and I have beeb accepted into a nursing home, but when that will be depends on when there's a room for me. This is just one more thing to add to the anxiety and depression. I don't know how much more I can take. I need all the prayers I can get and hope that helps. Today my husband hasn't been feeling good and that makes it harder on me because I can't do anything for either myself or him Thank you very much for listening to me.

I am sorry it is getting so tough, my heart goes out to you, I know you will prase Him in all things. and that your faith is strong. we all need is to know others are thinking of us, and holding us up some times.
