session 3, why would they say that??

I haven't listened to it, yet, but on CD 2 I can't stop thinking about what the doctor said regarding stress and anxiety causing all sorts of health problems, including cancer.

I have to believe there is a reason for this. It's obviously the exception and not the rule but part of the anxiety is not thinking logical (for me). I will force myself to listen to it, though.....I'm 99.9% sure. :-)

The intention of this program is to give you truthful information, not to sugar coat things. We need to know what can happen if we continue to keep our bodies in constant stress and anxiety. We also need to know how she survived and over came this issue herself. I also found this to be a motivator to better myself...to get myself healthier so that won't happen to me. Hopefully you'll find it the same the more you listen to it and get into the program...but don't avoid it just because it might scare you at the time.

I love what you wrote!! That was so empowering, so much truth!!! It was and still is very inspirational. Thank you so much for your directness......and honesty! I have to print it and post it up!! Your right life is not about comfort. The minute we feel something we over react.....sensitivity is an area I am working on.....again thank you soooo much!

I have my little book where i write down my negative thoughts and take the time to write my positives down. This seemed to help me some, I just never realized what a negative thinker I am, but the positive is we are all working on it to change our thinking for good.
