I have a questions please help.

I hope someone can help me here. I got the 30 day free trial and I got all these books and cd's. Am I able to write in the books?

I may be wrong , the 30 day free trial is percieved that it will help and that you pursue things farther. Cha ching Why would they send a book with places to write in it, if they wanted you not to?

Writing is learning, wear that pencil out. Read and reread what you write and grow with it.

Good luck, and any nourishment lacking in areas of our bodies will get better with the added nutrients from the supplements.
