Awww you are too sweet to me. Just take it one day at a time and soon all your fears will dissipate. CBT is AWESOME and I think you will love the TEA forms in the Obitz book once you get the hang of them. Try and spend time doing them everyday because they build on themselves. Take care and thanks for making my day!!!
You too and happy new year!Originally posted by Jeff S.:

Bob P. Welcome
Lilchrissy does not post as frequently as she used to but she's the one who got a lot of us started on using the TEA forms to counter our thoughts. If you just spend a few minutes a day on them they may help you keep from falling back again. TThey have been keeping me sane for a while now

Hi everyone and a belated happy new year to you all. I hope this finds everyone coping well and enjoying life. I'm doing well but just really busy and don't know where all the time goes anymore.
Welcome to all the newcomers You have found a great supportive place here.
Ed the TEA forms are a thought countering exercise found in the CBT book called Been There, Done That? Do THIS! by Sam Obitz. They work exceptionally well if you use them daily and the book can be purchased on line at www.tao3.com
Amber to elaborate further on the TEA forms they teach you how to counter your thoughts with objective rather than just positive thoughts and it may not sound like a big difference but it has made all the difference for me.
Take care everyone and I will try to come back and answer questions more often

How is everyone doing that has posted on here? Are you using your TEA forms or other type of CBT workbooks. I know that CBT has helped me. Paislee
