Totally amazing how quick your mood can change. It's a public holiday here in the UK today. Got up sun was shunning, it was a beautiful day, I said I'll go for a run. So got ready, just as I was about to go out the door my daughter woke up, my wife was grumpy so took her down stairs and never got for a run. Within 15 min my son got up, he and the daughter both fell out, this got the wife up, she came down in a mood, everyone fell out, words got exchanged and even though I'm off work I said to hell with this and have went to work. So in the space off 2hrs I've went from being in a great mood to being ready to rip someones head off. Grrrr
