I signed up to do the online version of the program, obviously, and can't get past session 2. When I try and click session 3 it says that since I am a trial user I only have access to sessions 1 and 2. I gave my cc information and agreed to pay I think $5 a week or something. I am moving faster than suggested but plan on going back and doing the program a second time slower. I just want as much information as possible right now and am a teacher, so I have lots of free time on my hands over the break. What do I need to pay/do to be able to have access to the other sessions?
Hello,
I can't answer your question about how to access session three, but I do have something to say about your approach. This isn't a race. You really do need to spend an entire week on each session. Think of it this way. What if a student were to say, "I want to start reading chapters five and six" wherein they haven't even finished all the work for chapters two, three, and four? It takes time for this information to sink in. I think one common thing you'll hear from people taking it a second time is that they rushed through the first time and, in doing so, they missed the experience of working through each problem.
Good luck,
WB

The reason why that's happening is because you're only supposed to do ONE lesson per week to get the benefits you need. It's set up that way to help you. You have to go over that current week's lesson several times so that it can sink in. Going faster than you're supposed to will only make things harder in the long run. I've seen proof from so many people on here, including myself.
Take your time and do the program right, so that you'll see positive results.
I know you want to feel better NOW, as we all do. But please learn from our mistakes and take your time, one lesson per week.
Take care!

Thank you both! I know I am supposed to do one session per week, but I guess I just thought as long as I was doing all the work it would be ok. I have watched each video several times and done all of the extra stuff for each lesson. I have also done the relaxation tape two or three times per day and have not skipped a workout since I started. I am definitely willing to put in the work to get better and am not just looking for a quick fix. I just have lots of extra time on my hands right now because I am not in school, so I am able to devote way more time to it then I would be if I were teaching. Thank you for your comments.
