Ok, I know I'm fat! I am working on that so why do we have to go thru an entire week to re-enforce it? 1, 2, maybe 3 days tops! I thought the idea for this program was to feel better abut ourselves not make us feel even more worthless. So let me see, I start to feel great in weeks 1-3 4 was a stumbling block for me and now 5 is to make me feel like crap all over again? Wow, what a great idea! Confuse the confused! Brilliant!!! I sure wish I thought of it, I could be raking in tons of $$$ now! (NO I AM NOT REFERING TO THIS PROGRAM)

Ok so I do know I am working on correcting my weight problem and it WILL get better. I just really feel like instead of me beating myself up the program is going to do it for me for the week. There are some point that are helpful but no need for the week to be about it. It could be blended in somewhere else I'm sure.

Just so you know, I do know this program will work for me and I have seen the proof!
