I'm looking for people who've recovered from anxiety and depression or issues related to mentor me, share their experiences and stories of recovery. I'm really just looking for support of any kind. I'm new to the program and I know how much strength I can get from others like me. I hope I can help some of you as well.
Thanks, Crystal (:
Thanks, Crystal (:
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11
Awesome. (: I have total faith that it will help me as well.. I'm excited, but mostly scared to death! aha And you're totally right, I don't know what I'd do without God. I pray everyday whenever I need strength. I'm ecstatic to hear this program has helped so many people. But the negative thoughts keep coming.. "I can't do this." "This program would work for anyone else but me." I know these things aren't true and this program has done wonders for people whom have had perhaps worse anxiety/depression related symptoms than me. It feels like it's always me, me, me negative thinking and I'm just starting the program ya' know? I feel like there's two parts.. one part of me is ready as ever and willing to change, the other part of me is resisting like hell. To be in control and stay in control when I need to is thus far.. a difficult task. haha Look at me.. call me whiney the pooh.
Hi Rose!
I'm doing okay. I had two sisters die recently so I've been kind of struggling. My recent posts speaks volumes. I've been freaking out a little. LOL
but yeah, I remember you. How's everything?
