does anyone hurt all the time?

I was told that all my pain was due to anxiety and stress, does anyone else have this. I am always so tensed up. I do not realize it, it must be a habit. Anyway my doc wants me to take celexa. Does anyone have any suggestions? I am not the type of person who can relax, I don't even relax when I sleep, I wake up with neck cramps.

Oh yeah.. i hurt all over alot of times and it causes upset stomach too. I think you should try xanax to calm you if its really hard to stay relaxed but be careful it.
