week one was hard for me to i use all the cd and dvd and relaxing cus i just could get go and try to force on the online part but even had problems there. but every day i got on no matter that no reply so i just bstarted finding other who had no replys and reply to them. last night i start week 2 and a big diffents from last week the relateing to most of all that was being share and laughting threw it to. so i decide to listen to week 2 everyday so i keep that kinda good feeling and still every day and even 2 or 3 times a day get on line and reply to others and try real hard to put my tools to work for me and beleive me i know it so hard for us to remember and force to do that but keep trying self talk to your of u well get pass all this. love your love with all goodiness thoughts. we will get threw this to gether. i sit here alot and feel i need to get all my neg: pass out there so i can have poss: come in. but i have the fears of the pain of it all and i beleive that that why i'm where i'm at today and all these years cus i can't handle feeling all the emotion pain. so hang in hon

I just posted for the first time about 30 minutes ago. No one has replied yet though. Just to let you know, I experience the same lack of motivation as you do for getting things done. I am completely sick of it. I really need help because I cannot go on like this anymore. I would recommend to you though just listening to them while you lay down. I am sure you do that alot as I do. No drive at all. Or if you are just sitting around put them in. If you are as desperate as me you will find a way to use them at least a few times a day...Good luck to you....desperate L
