random pains in chest....

Gosh, Zach - We get probably 200 (or more) sensations a day. You're a very sensitive person and feel them all probably. Breathe into it and allow it to pass. Don't scare yourself about it. They are just normal feelings that you can dismiss.

I get pains in my chest all the time. I use to think that it was a heart attack but now I just think I am crazy.

It might also be costochondritis, which is inflammation of the cartilage and bones in the chest wall. Here are two links on this orthopedic condition.

yea might be. i swear every mornin i wake upp, feels like my chest is all twisted up and stuff, feels like my joints are stuck in my chest an hve to try an pop it out , smetimes hurts a little too
