Im frustrated with my Husband

I need help understanding why I stay frustrated with my husband he never helps keep the house clean he will eat and put a dish in the sink. Im just really frustrated with him and then when I approach him he gets a atutide and gets on the defensive side

Some men seem to think if they're working outside the home they have no responsibilty inside even if there wife works too. Can you think of some good qualities? List them, look at them and maybe clean up after him or leave it sit there. My husband can be the same way. In fact he's been really crabby lately. He's been under a lot of pressure. Pressure that he puts on himself. Hard to help him tho I love him. Just like it's hard for him to help me with the anxiety at times.

i think Im so frustrated I cant think of any sometimes I think he get a period and he is not a women I love my husband but he makes it hard to stay in love
