Stress Center Peer Support

Hello,

I got my package on Friday but didn't start it till early this morning, it can be a crowded house here so I want to make sure I have the free space and time needed.

I am amazed by how much I have learned from just the first CD and by what I have heard I realized that I've had anxiety/depression longer than I thought. That the symptoms started back when I was high school.

I can't wait to move on to Session 2.

I am still trying to listen to the Relaxation CD. I did fall asleep during it.

So glad to hear how much you are already changing! You know, I still fall asleep listening to the Relaxation CD . That's okay. Means you are really relaxed! Keep posting.

I'm so happy you are enjoying the program and getting something out of it so quickly but please don't rush it!!

take time and do the workbooks and journal your thoughts regularily so you will get the most from each session.
