I always feel like I have a pinched nerve in my arm, shoulder, and leg. I get numbness, tingling, and a weird kind of sore pain that runs down the core of my leg and arm. It feels like I need to be constantly streching the sore area, but no relief. Anyone else feel this? It can hurt so damn bad!

Melotrauma,
This is a common symptom of anxiety. My sister gets this and I have too. It's related to how tense our muscles are all the time and the chemicals being release into our systems.
Massages, hot baths etc feel good...and of course the relaxation tape!: <IMG SRC="

Yes! I think I have this on the whole left side of my body! In my neck, shoulder, ribs, left chest, boob, arm, etc. What the heck causes this? I hate it!

I have been the same way for like 2 weeks, all on my left side, and sometimes when i am laying down the pain gets worse especially when i breathe.....

I have the same pain, mostly on my left side, my arm, my leg, my chest, shoulder and I feel like I have a pinched nerve under my left shoulder blade. Tonight though, it's my right leg that hurts the worst. I've had a lot of anxiety this evening.

All the time! Usualy caused by lack of sleep I think....not very pleasent. I used to think it could be heart related because they say you get shooting pains in your arm before a heart attack. I get shooting pain in my arm and shoulder. Got to love stress!

OMG! This happens to me ALL the time in various places (neck, shoulder, back, arms, legs. face). It's scary and anoying!
