Hello anyone out there?? I am new to all of this and I'm looking for people to talk to and possibly help me through what I go through.
I bought the program and I on lesson one. I am excited for this whole process! I seriously have made every excuse till now to not get help.
I suffer from the anxiety part worse I think. I am to depressed but more anxious. I find being alone is my hardest thing to deal with. Driving anywhere outside my driveway is also difficult and I actually haven't by myself in 3 years. My boyfriend takes me around where I need to go but its getting to the point where our relationship is falling apart.
I now know there are people out there just like me and some even worse1 I want to make some new friends. People I can talk to and people who really understand. Its had for my boyfriend to understand my issues. He says he does but I am a true believer you have to actually have it to believe in it.
please anyone out there add me as a friend! lets beat this demon!
