When i first started this program I didn't have the workbooks for lessons 1-4. I had been thumbing threw ebay for those lessons. Well I got the workbook and am working hard on recovery now.
I have felt a bit nervous confronting myself. It isn't easy to realize that all the problems are because of me and my thinking patterns.
I am still using the meditation cd alot. I love that cd.
Relaxing has been real hard for me. Mainly because I have almost become a hypocondriac with this dredded anxiety problem.
Wish there were a blog spot on here to monitor progress. I think that would be a huge help to people outside looking in.
