We just moved and my anxiety is sky high. I've been getting panic attacks left and right. I'm wondering if it's because it's a new environment. I also am afraid that my breathing is bad I'm only 28 exercise but I have asthma. Never really had an asthma attack but scared to hell to have one. I'm scared something bad will happen to me. Is there anyone out there with advice?

First, moving is always stressful so I'm not surprised to hear you're having trouble. As we're learning in the program, give yourself permission to feel anxious and ride it out. I'm positive you'll make it!
Second, I also have asthma. It used to be a lot worse several years ago. Since then I started exercising regularly and as my stamina increased, my asthma decreased. I don't know if this is true for everyone, but it sure helped me. I assume you have a doctor you work with for your asthma. They're probably the best person to tell you what you can and can't do. Also, do you use an inhaler? If so, some of them have a stimulating effect and can raise your heartbeat and such (but keep in mind that's normal and you don't need to worry about it).
I hope this helps. Keep on moving ahead!

Hi jkicker,
There is no doubt that moving to a new environment would cause very HIGH anxiety in most people. No worries! Hang in there and float and things will settle as you become more comfortable.
Best wishes!
