I am finding it very hard some days to do all that we are suppose to do with exercise,keeping track of what I eat, mood... I barely have time to do much of anything with the kids most days and usually I am asleep before the relaxation cd gets past the breathing exercise what the heck does a person do in this sort of situation?

the best they can & enjoy those children. That is what got me out of bed for years.
