hey yall my name is rob and i am new to this group. I have struggled with severe anxiety (persistent worrying/over thinking, nervousness and edginess, sand racing thoughts and stress for almost my entire life. one key think u should know about me is that i tend to get stuck on things, such as swallowing/how i swallow/whether i will choke and my anxiousness itself and have a lot of trouble moving on. i actually received this program in the mail about a month and a half ago but have not been proactive with using it. however, i have decided to go back and restart it, doing a little bit each day. now, i already posted something like this in a different forum, but i was wondering if this would be a more appropriate forum. im brand new to this site so im just learning where to do what! i am really trying to be hopeful that this program will potentially change the way i think and my outlook on life and make me into a positive person.

I just started myself, also procrastinated starting, have had the program for well over a year. I tried to start before and used a broken dvd player as an excuse to stop.. No excuses this time. I completely understand about the getting focused on one thing, I do the same thing!
