Hi everyone. I am starting session one. I need help with being accountable for doing the reading from the workbook, listening to the audio and all of the stuff that is suggested to do in the program. Lately my motivation has not been the best, but I want to get better. At least I'm writing on the forum.

Maybe I should consider getting a private coaching session with someone who works for this Combatting Stress and Depression Program program. How much is it? Has anyone done it and gotten good results. Have a great day! Bye!
