Third time's the charm...

Well, you would think that as a former counselor that I would follow my own advice and go through with the treatment, but yet I'm attempting this for the third time. I just can't live in fear, worry, and depression anymore. So here's to one more go at this!

I hear courage and determination in your voice. Hooray. I too had to get to that point where the pain in staying the same was greater than the pain of change. Commit to baby steps. We are here to help. Keep us posted.
