Stress Center Peer Support

Hello Everyone:
I just listened to the first session,and boy can I relate to the gentleman on the tape. About the ER visits and everything.The question that I have is that at the end of the session tape-CD it says to complete the workbook-homework assignments,but in the weekly schedule it says to wait untill Day 4.Any Suggestions-Answers?

I usually wait until I listen to the session twice before I do the homework.

I think it's more important *that* you do it than *when* you do it... I do the workbook after I listen to the session, usually in the evening after I listen to the CD in the morning. Then I journal... then I go back to the workbook and reread... then I post here... then I journal some more... then I may or may not listen to the session again (easily bored).
