Hi everyone!
I've been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for about six years now. I had first depressive slump, I guess you could call it a month or two ago and was in it for about 6 months. I thank the Lord for allowing me to come out of it and for allowing me to overcome this anxiety in my life. If it weren't for him carrying me through this, I am afraid how bad I could have gotten. I am increasingly becoming better, it has taken a lot of work. Thats for sure! So many ups and downs that half the time I gave up, but if it wasn't for the little blessings that the lord gave me each day, I would have lost all hope.
I'm not trying to shove anything down anyone's throat, I am simple sharing a little bit of my journey and where it's gotten me. I'm confident that this program will help me get over this once and for all.
I wanted to share this really awesome song with everyone, it is full of truth. I hope everyone watches/listens, I know it will give people hope. It did for me.
