I bought this series over a year ago, but I am just now getting serious about it. I've listened to Session 1, and I am trying to do the homework. Is the workbook they refer to on the CDs the same as the "Session 1-4 Guidebook?" Other than filling out a couple of pages, I don't understand what the homework is for this session. Is it the "Action Assignments" that are described as "not required course-work?" I'd appreciate someone letting me know if I am missing something.
